About attending the exhibition
- When you decide to attend the exhibition, please fill out the Application Form for Attending Exhibition (See Annex 1), and send it to CGMA by email, mail or fax. Attached to the Application Form for Attending Exhibition, you are asked to supply a brief introduction of your company with about 200 words.
About Holding Technical Presentation Activities
- If you decide to make technical presentation in exhibition, please fill out the Application Form of Technical Presentation (See Annex 2), and send it to CGMA by email, mail or fax.
- After receiving the Application Form for Attending Exhibition and the Application Form of Technical Presentation, CGMA will timely give you Confirmation of Application of Attending Exhibition and Technical Presentation.
- Deadline for applying the exhibition and technical presentation is Aug. 31, 2008. After receiving Confirmation of Application of Attending Exhibition and Technical Presentation, due payment should be paid to CGMA immediately.
